IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY

At Sea Monkey, we are committed to delivering exceptional products while minimising our environmental footprint. Our standard delivery timeframes are as follows:

  • Footwear: 20 to 25 Days (10 to 15 days for express delivery). 

  • Clothing: 7 to 10 Business Days

Why the wait, you ask? Because each and every one of our products is custom-printed upon your purchase. This not only ensures the highest quality but also helps us reduce waste and contribute to a more sustainable future.

We understand that waiting can be challenging, but please know that we're working diligently to make your order perfect and eco-friendly. Your patience means the world to us, and we're here to assist you every step of the way.

DELIVERY

Shipping is currently free for all UK AND IRELAND orders over £250.00. Orders under £250.00 will be charged for shipping per order. The shipping fee will be listed before purchase. Delivery will be confirmed at checkout. Please allow extra days for local holidays, national holidays, weekends and sale time. Sea Monkey LTD reserves the right to amend or change the free delivery offer at any time, but we promise to notify customers at least 14 days in advance. Furthermore, In some cases, we may fulfil products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.

RETURNS

International orders placed online cannot be returned to a Sea Monkey LTD. You can return any unused items purchased within UK within 7 days of receipt for a full refund (provided the items are in a new and unused condition) via post using the returns label on the reverse of your delivery note. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded by Sea Monkey LTD. (This does not affect your statutory rights).All cosmetics, grooming products and certain jewellery can only be returned if found to be faulty. Where a product has a security seal, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken unless the item is faulty. Items cannot be returned to any Sea Monkey LTD store. Please contact admin@seamonkey.co.uk to confirm where the item should be returned. 

TRACKING ORDER

Order tracking is available and the tracking number will be provided upon purchase.
